Expect the unexpected at Cruise, our rooftop restaurant and bar with an outdoor oasis, a terrace overlooking Hong Kong’s Victoria Harbour, serving modern Asian food. It is a place for social connections and sharable moments. The destination is fun, modern and lighthearted, maintaining a freestanding feel. By day Cruise is laidback and casual, while in the evening it has an independent attitude. Locals and travelers alike sip cocktails, enjoy quality music, and soak up Victoria Harbour views. Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour Hong Kong and local brand Pandan Man have partnered to launch a new Afternoon Tea set. Highlights include Pandan Man’s signature Pandan Ondeh-Ondeh Cake, Mango Pomelo Sticky Rice Froth Pandan Cake, Pandan & Coconut Mochi, and Pandan Matcha White Chocolate Chip Cookies, as well as exclusive creations like Pandan Kaya Cheese Toast with Onsen Egg, and unlimited Pandan Ice Cream served with Cendol Shaved Ice. Additional teatime treats include Crispy Green Rice Prawns with Lettuce Wrap, Crab Salad Dip with Tapioca Crackers, Raspberry and Kaffir Lime Pavlova, and more! The afternoon tea set is available from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM on weekends and public holidays at Cruise Restaurant & Bar (23/F, West Tower) from 7 June to 31 August 2025, and includes complimentary 3-hour access to the hotel’s swimming pool (23/F, East Tower) from 12:00 NN to 3:00 PM on the same day.
